| Training in Diguang Arouses Studying Upsurge |

Inspirited by the multiple trainings, all of the Diguang people are again involved in the upsurge of using every spare minute to do self-study.
On July 16, 2008, Diguang Electronics invited Mr Tang Fade, a senior training professor of Zhengzhi Corporation Training and Consulting Company, to give a training class to the people of Diguang. Combined with the present status of Diguang's senior and middle management, in an easy understanding way, Professor Tang gave a lecture about how to improve the working efficiency, which is regarded as very useful for the future work by the participants.
On July 19, 2008, Diguang Electronics invited another notable training lecturer, Mrs Meng Xiangchun of Action and Success International Education Group. Taking the present operating condition of Diguang into consideration, bringing in the advanced international marketing concepts, Professor Meng gave all the management as well as all the sales group a wonderful lecture which is mainly about how to build a highly efficient management group and excellent sales group. This training lasted about 10 hours, started from 14:00, ended at 01:00 of the next day. Throughout the training, all people took part actively and made an easy and active atmosphere. This training received the Diguang peoples’ positive feedback, on the other hand, Diguang people were impressed and inspired.
As the development of continuous study and exchange activities, the company has received new concepts. It is firmly believed that with the right guidance of the company’s chairman of board and the management, Diguang people will further continue to make a good environment of using every spare minutes to do self-study, besides that, it is also firmly believed that the future of Diguang Electronics will be more bright and beautiful. |
