Currently, our company has been holding two weeks of employees' training, which is mainly about the eight steps of the profit mode. This training focuses on the actual situation of the company for the purpose of finding out a good mode for running of the company, enriches the comprehensive knowledge of the staff, improves the operational quality, and also enhances the coherence of the whole company.
During the training, both of the management and the employees actively came for participation with high learning passion, without caring about the work tiredness, and consciously concentrate themselves on the study, which has received a good effect.
The training of the profit mode has not only brought in new concept for the running of the company, but also given conduction for the daily operating of the employees. Our company will continue to hold this kind of training in the future.
