At 2007 Investment Forum for China Semiconductor Illumination Industry, Mr. Song Yi, President of Shenzhen Diguang Electronics Co., Ltd., was invited as one of the speechmakers and took part as the discussion panelist, which was hosted by China Solid State Lighting Alliance in Tianjin, China on November 16 ^th 2007. There were approximately 160 participants.

The participants in the Forum mainly came from LED Chip, LED Packaging, LED Application companies, Government Organization, Financial Investment Institutions, Equipment providers, etc. Mr. Song was the only speaker from the TFT-LCD Back Light Units ("BLU") manufacturer. In Mr. Song's speech, he reiterated that Diguang would sustain its business strategy to expand the TFT-LCD BLU from CCFL to LED and Diguang became one of the pioneers to build LED BLU in China.
